In these classes, you'll learn the fundamentals of pole fitness in a supportive and welcoming environment.
We’ll focus on basic spins, strength-building exercises, and body conditioning to improve flexibility, coordination, and core strength.
No prior experience is needed! Our friendly instructors will guide you step-by-step, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident as you progress. Each class combines fitness and fun, leaving you feeling accomplished and energised. You’ll not only build strength but also gain a sense of grace and empowerment through movement.
Wear comfortable workout clothes (shorts and a tank top recommended), and get ready to embrace your inner strength while having a blast!
A typical class will start with a dynamic warm up which will include strength and flexibility conditioning on and off the pole. You will spend the majority of the session learning a variety of grips and tricks whilst working through the class syllabus. Every session is completed with a cool down and stretch.

Aerial Hoop
Curious about aerial arts? Our introduction to aerial hoop course is the perfect introduction to this beautiful and exhilarating discipline. In this class, you’ll learn the basics of aerial hoop, focusing on foundational moves, strength training, and body awareness.
Whether you’re new to aerial fitness or looking to expand your skills, this class is designed to build your strength, flexibility, and confidence while suspended in the air.
